TERMS & CONDITIONS

I. General Terms of Use:


Please read carefully and understand the following policies, terms and conditions ("Terms") before using the website www.vietravelasia.com ("Website"), confirming your reservation and making payments. by confirming, you acknowledge to have agreed and complied with vietravel's policy, terms and conditions.


I.1. Governing Law


Your access to this Website is conditional on your consent that all information on the website and all matters arising between you and us will be governed by the laws of Vietnam, and that all disputes arising between you and us will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Vietnam.We reserve the right to modify or annul the Terms (or parts of the Terms) at our sole discretion. We may modify the Terms at any time by posting a revision on the Website. The latest version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions.


I.2. Obligations of The Website User ("User")


By using this Website, you acknowledge that:

1. You have assumed the financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name and account.

2. To have a full civil capacity, you must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age and not be subject to the restrictions prescribed by the laws.

3. You warrant that any information provided by you about yourself and anyone else is completely correct.

4. This Website may not be used to perform any false or fraudulent reservations.

5. It is prohibited to distribute any material of threatening, defamatory, pornographic, political or racism nature, or any other illegal or provocative material through this Website.

6. You may not modify, copy, transmit, distribute, sell, disseminate or license this Website and any part of its content in any ways, except where you reproduce any information on this Website for your personal and non-commercial purposes only.


We have the right to refuse any Users or reservations (or in some cases, to cancel any reservation confirmations) at our sole discretion for reasons including but not limited to the following:


1. The User violates these Terms, commercial or economic sanctions of global authorities or countries, embargoes or prohibitions, commits fraud or theft (or shows signs of or is suspected to commit fraud or theft), is suspected to conduct criminal activities, or performs suspected reservations.

2. The service is unavailable or the provider is no longer available.

3. The User provides incorrect, false or misleading information; any issues related to correspondence, communication, electronic bank card transactions incur; the User commits inappropriate behaviors, poses threats, insults, refuses to provide information, causes practical obstacles, difficulties or malfunctions in communication, historically committed violations against these Terms or is rejected, or named in any "black list" or "follow-up list" of any governments or international organizations.


In case a reservation is refused or cancelled by Vietravel but the payment has been made, Vietravel will refund in full the paid amount without charging any cost. We may erase or remove (“Removed”) the User’s membership from this Website at any time, either temporarily or permanently. The Removed Users are prohibited from attempting to use this Website under any other names or through any other Users.


I.3. Copyright and Brand


The copyright to the content of this website www.vietravelasia.com belongs to Vietravel. We reserve all copyrights and proprietorship to this Website and all of its contents. Vietravel's brand and all symbols, logos and images of Vietravel on this Website have been registered for copyright protection by Vietravel or its affiliates. The brands of other companies and products/services on this Website may belong to their respective owners. You have no rights or permits to use any of those brands.


II. Definitions:


Vietravel or "We" is the owner of Website www.vietravelasia.com, We specializes in providing products and services that aim to meet the travel needs of people all over the world.


Tour ticket fare: is converted into Vietnam Dong (VND). The customers may make payments in foreign currencies as prescribed on the website and our system will convert them into VND at the exchange rate of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) - Ho Chi Minh City Branch, or via VNPay QR system at checkout. 

Ticket fare only includes those explicitly listed in the “Inclusion” section of tour itinerary. The customers will pay any expenses not mentioned in the "Inclusion" section.


Group Tour: this tour service consolidates separate groups of passengers into a larger group consisting of 15-25 people with a predetermined departure schedule. The departure date and schedule will be pre-designed by the Company at a reasonable cost inclusive of meals, accommodation, transport means, tour guide, etc.


Private Tour: provides tailor-made tour services suitable for a small groups of passengers such as family and friends. Thanks to the small number of tourists, the customers’ safety is even promoted, since the tour guides and drivers are fully eligible to take care of every single passenger. Private tours with predetermined schedule can be flexibly adapted to the needs, preferences and health condition of the customers.


Hot Deal: refers to the tourism services that apply promotional prices and last-minute discounts.


Hot Combo Deal: is a service package including transportation + hotel rooms + add-on promotions.


Hot Stay Deal: is a service package including hotel rooms add-on promotions.


Ticket & Show: refers to the entrance ticketing services at theme parks, safari, sightseeing attractions, historical sites, art shows, entertainment shows, etc.


Food Experience: is a service providing cuisine experiences in Southeast Asian countries, for examples: buffet, cruise dining experience, local cuisine, Street foods.


Wifi/Sim Card: is a sim card service that provide ultra-speed Internet which helps the customers communicate with relatives and keeps themselves current to the social networks.


Stay: provides short-term accommodation to the customers who go on short business trip or short travel, etc., for examples: hotels, tourist villages, villas, tourist apartments, Homestays.


Guide: provides the guides, who will support airport pick-up and see-off service and guide the visitors through the predetermined tour itinerary.


Transportation: provides products related to the following services:


+ Airport Pick-up and See-off: this serves the transportation of passengers from the airport to hotels in city downtown and vice versa. Fast travel time, reasonable cost, luxury car fleet, quick response, and airport service counters are extraordinary advantages of our services.

+ Vehicle rental: offers business or tourism cars for rent and accompanying drivers for short use: 4-hours, 8-hours, one-day or overnight inter-provincial rental package, etc., in a fixed schedule.


Vietravel Airlines: is the first travel airline in Vietnam, a member of Vietravel Group - Vietnam's leading travel agency. Vietravel Airlines’s business will be anchored to tourism by providing domestic and trans-border air transport services within Asia continent, thereby contributing to the improvement of Vietnam's air transport capacity and the development of travel & tourism industry. The airline will operate flights on Airbus, Boeing or equivalent aircrafts. Its fleet consists of 03 aircrafts in the first year, and will be added up to 08 aircrafts in the second year of operation.


III. Prices Applicable to Children:


- Children under 2 years of age are free of service charges. The parents shall assume the wholly responsibility for them and pay for contingency expenses (for services charged by height, etc.) Two adults can bring only 1 child under 2 years old, the 2nd child will pay charges as applicable to children aged 2 to under 12 years and single room surcharge (if any). Air tickets, train tickets and public transport fares shall be paid as required by respective carriers (if any).


- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 75% adult's tour price for private tours, 85% adult's tour pricefor consolidated tours (no extra bed). Two adults can bring only 1 child from 2 to under 12 years old, the 2nd child and more shall buy 1 single bed. Prices for children may change at the time You confirm tour reservation (*).


- Children from 12 years and older: buy tickets as an adult.


- For F&E services such as Travel Combos, Ticket & Show, Food Experience, Stay, the children’s tour price policy is subject to the service providers' policies (based on age or height as the case may be).

To make a transfer, please specify Your full name, phone number, email and transaction content together with the Order Number of the tour that You have reserved. After completing the transfer, please upload Your payment order to the payment system of www.vietravelasia.com or contact our call center to have it rechecked by our staff. Vietravel will not resolve any case where the system automatically cancel Your reservation if the above procedure is not properly observed.


IV.2. Payment by bank card:

For service payment via the Website www.vietravelasia.com, Vietravel will issue to Your bank card a receipt for the full price at the time of payment (any possible refund shall be subject to the payment terms of the questioned services). You are required to verify the service information and price before making any payments. For some bookings, Vietravel may waive to charge any fee on your bank card and require direct payments to the relevant providers.


In case of bank card fraud or unauthorized use of Your bank card, You are responsible for contacting the bank or Your card issuer immediately upon awareness of the fraud or unauthorized use of bank card. In this case, Vietravel disclaims its responsibility for any bank card fraud or unauthorized use of Your bank card caused by any other person, regardless of whether such fraud or unauthorized use is made through Vietravel's services. Vietravel is not obliged to compensate or refund any payment which is considered as a result of this fraud. We may consider making another form of compensation as an expression of our goodwill. You may make a claim only when Your reservation has been carried out through our secure server and the unauthorized use of Your bank card was resulted from our absence or negligence and You did not make any error when using the secure server. We are not legally liable for any bank card fraud or unauthorized use of Your bank card in case the fraud is committed through apps or servers that are not owned by us, or the unauthorized use of Your bank card is resulted from Your own negligence and fault. If You suspect any unauthorized reservation or fraudulent behavior to be made on Vietravel, kindly contact our customer support team immediately.


To make a reservation, You are required to be full eighteen (18) years of age or older and have full civil capacity for transactions (or to be authorized by Your legal guardian). You must use the bank card owned by You and issued under Your name. As well, You must ensure to have enough funds to cover transaction fees. You are financially responsible for all transactions made on your behalf or on your account.


You must ensure that the details You provide to us are truthful, relevant and correct. Vietravel reserves the right to refuse some certain bank cards. Vietravel may add or remove any payment method at our discretion.


IV.3. In some cases, we may require additional information or further verification in order to validate and confirm a reservation, as detailed on the Website. Your reservation will not be confirmed until You have received the confirmation email together with an e-ticket or receipt; it is likely that the providers may apply fraud detection mechanisms during reservation process. If any fraud occurs or is determined to occur, Your reservation will no longer exist or automatically become unavailable. Vietravel will not take any responsibility. If you do not to provide additional information, Your reservation will not be completed and become invalid.


The payment is considered complete when Vietravel receives the full tour ticket fare before departure or according to the agreement between two parties. Any delay in payment that leads to service cancellation is not under Vietravel's responsibility.


Customers in need of invoices kindly provide invoice information immediately at the time of reservation. Vietravel is responsible for issuing invoices to the customers within 7 working days from the tour end date.


V. Refund/Cancellation Policy:


V.1. Notes:


- After the tour has been confirmed, if You want to alternate/cancel the tour, please contact: [email protected] or our call center at: (84) 35 235 6161 for support. Please attach to Your email the receipt and booked tour voucher, in order to carry out the tour alternation/cancellation procedure, and You will pay a fee as prescribed by Vietravel. Your alternation or cancellation of a tour means that all gifts and other add-on promotions will be revoked or charged as equivalent to the gift value, if You have used the gift.


- In case of ticket cancellation, the customer will bear all bank charges relevant to the payment of tour ticket fare. Refund to the customers (if any) will be made by Vietravel only if the bank notices that the payment has been made successfully to Vietravel's account. The refund of paid amount (if any), net of alternation/cancellation fees as prescribed by Vietravel, will be completed within 30 - 60 days from the date Vietravel deducts the alternation/cancellation fees, depending on conditions of the service providers.


- For tour with discounts and promotions: neither refund, cancellation nor itinerary alternation may be made.


V.2. Conditions for tour alternation or cancellation after the customers confirm their reservation:


In this section, the date counted as the time of tour cancellation shall be a working day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.


V.2.1. For weekdays:

- If tour cancellation/alternation is notified at least 20 days before the departure date: Free of charge.

-If tour cancellation/alternation is notified 15-19 days before the departure date, the tour cancellation/alternation fee will be: 50% tour price

- If tour cancellation is notified 11-14 days before the departure date, the tour cancellation fee will be: 70% tour price.

- If tour cancellation is notified 06-10 days before the departure date, the tour cancellation fee will be: 90% tour price.

- If tour cancellation is notified within 05 days before the departure date, the tour cancellation fee will be: 100% tour price.


V.2.2. For public holidays. This applies to tours taking place on public holidays, Tet Holiday (i.e. including public holidays, Tet Holiday, the nearest day preceding and following such holidays), particularly:

+ Tet Holiday (as prescribed and announced by the state authority on yearly basis)

+ Death Anniversary of the Hung Kings: (as prescribed and announced by the state authority on yearly basis)

+ Day of Southern Liberation and National Reunification: From April 28 to April 30

+ International Workers' Day: From May 01 to May 03

+ National Day: From September 01 to September 03

+ Christmas Eve: From December 24 to December 26

+ Solar Calendar New Year Day: From December 28 to January 03


- If tour cancellation/alternation is notified at least 30 days before the departure date: Free of charge.

- If tour cancellation/alternation is notified 25-29 days before the departure date, the tour cancellation/alternation fee will be: 50% tour price

- If tour cancellation is notified 21-24 days before the departure date, the tour cancellation fee will be: 70% tour price.

- If tour cancellation is notified 16-20 days before the departure date, the tour cancellation fee will be: 90% tour price.

- If tour cancellation is notified within 15 days before the departure date, the tour cancellation fee will be: 100% tour price.


V.3. Service cancellation by Vietravel:


If Vietravel cancels Your reservation due to objective events beyond our reasonable control (for example, if the service is unavailable or the provider no longer provides it), You can choose to shift to another departure date, OR Receive a Voucher/Coupon of Vietravel's service equivalent to the cancelled service value (the conditions and time of service use are specified in the Voucher/Coupon at the time of issue), unless You are entitled to any refund OR a full refund of the paid amount. Vietravel is not responsible for any costs that You may incur as a result of Your reservation, including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, any excess beyond the travel insurance coverage limit or non-refundable flights.


In some circumstances, we may cancel or refuse a reservation for "Real Failure", regardless of the source of errors. For the avoidance of doubt, a Real Failure is a failure of the Website (e.g. in terms of pricing) that no ordinary person deems appropriate or meaningful in business. The paid amount will be refunded at no additional charge in such event.


V.4. Force majeure:


If a tour or add-on service is cancelled or changed by either party for reason of a force majeure event (fire, weather, accident, natural disaster, war, pandemic, flight delay, postponement or cancellation, or any other changes of public transports or other force majeure events as provided by laws, etc.), Vietravel will neither be obliged to pay for any losses incurred, nor assume any legal liability. However, each party shall be responsible for making best effort to help the damaged party minimize the losses caused by the force majeure event. In case the whole tour is cancelled due to the force majeure event as mentioned above, depending on the actual situation, the customers may choose one of these two options:


(i) to get refund of the paid amount within 30 - 60 days from the date of cancellation, provided, subject to conditions of the service providers 

(ii) to receive a voucher/coupon of Vietravel's service equivalent to the cancelled service value (the conditions and time of service use are specified in the Voucher/Coupon at the time of issue).


V.5. Changes in tour itinerary:


 Vietravel reserves the right to, depending on the actual situation, change the itinerary, rearrange the order of attractions or cancel the tour at any time that Vietravel deems necessary for the convenience or safety of the customers.


VI. Special Requests


The Customers' special requests must be notified to Vietravel immediately upon reservation. Vietravel will strive to satisfy these requests as practicable within its capacity but it will not be responsible for any refusal of service from carriers, hotels, restaurants and other independent service providers.


VII. Hotel


The basic options of hotel accommodation include twin rooms (TWN) and double rooms (DBL), depending on the hotel’s room structure. The standard of hotels that are booked by Vietravel for sightseeing tours corresponds to the tour price selected by the customers. Should any change be required for any reasons, the alternative hotel’s standard will be equivalent to the original hotel’s and will be notified to the customer before departure. Any exceptional requests of the customers, if notified in advance to Vietravel, will be met depending on the hotel’s availability and the customers must pay extra charges for these (if any). Vietravel has the right to skip such requests if the hotel refuses to respond the same. The check-in time, as generally prescribed by hotels, is after 14:00, and the check-out time is before 12:00. The Customers staying at 5-star hotels/resorts (Vinpearl, FLC, Grand Ho Tram Strip, etc.) shall comply with the hotel’s/resort’s cancellation penalty policy from time to time.


VIII. Transportation


The means of transport are subject to the tour itinerary.

For tours by coach: Air-conditioned coaches (4, 7, 15, 25, 35, 45-seat) will be used for the whole tour depending on the number of passengers.

For tours by train, aircraft or hydrofoil (public transport means): in some tours, service providers may change the departure time without advance notice, Vietravel will notify the customer of such changes if practicable.

Vietravel is neither responsible for reimbursement nor legally liable for physical and mental damages caused by any delay, change in the departure time of public transport means or delay caused by the passengers. Vietravel can only give supports to help mitigating the losses.


IX. Luggage: 


Limit for cargoed luggage: Maximum 01 large piece of 20kg baggage/passenger + 01 small piece of baggage not exceeding 12kg/passenger.

For tours using aviation services, carry-on baggage limitations will be regulated by the airlines. Vietravel is not responsible for any losses or damages of luggage or any other belongings of the passengers during the trip. The passengers shall take care of their own luggage. If any passengers have lost or misplaced their luggage, Vietravel will help contacting and reporting to the in-charge person to look for the lost or misplaced luggage. The compensation for lost or misplaced luggage will be subject to the regulations of the service providers or insurers (if any).


X. Travel Insurance:


The tour package price is inclusive of Vietnam travel insurance with the maximum compensation of VND 120,000,000/passenger/life loss event and VND 12,000,000/passenger/luggage loss event.

Note: Any Receipt, Voucher and Tour Itinerary sent in paper or emailed online to the customers are considered as a set of Travel Contract which binds on both parties and is made into 2 originals of the same legal validity. Each party keeps one original. Since each tour is construed as for retail customers (individuals/families), the customers (who make reservation and their accompanying persons) are deemed to agree with the entire content of the tour ticket and accompanying documents from the time of deposit, regardless of whether the customers have signed online the Receipt, Voucher, Itinerary or not.


If any dispute arises during tour operation, it will be resolved on the basis of negotiation within 30 days from the date of negotiation request by either party. If the dispute cannot be resolved within this time frame, or if either party disagrees with the negotiation result, such party may bring the dispute to a competent court in Vietnam.


CUSTOMER COMMITMENT (“COMMITMENT”)


I. Customers had read, understood and agreed with the following tour program and tour conditions


1. Agreeing with the content specified tour conditions in the tour program registered with Vietravel.


2. Agreeing with the tour price at the time of registration and understanding that there are many rates on a tour program, as well as the costs included and excluded in the program.


3. There might be cases where the booked rooms are not adjacent to each other, booked rooms are not on the same floor for the whole family, booked rooms with one double bed / two single beds which are different from customers’requests. Depending on actual conditions of each hotel partner, Vietravel will try to assist in negotiating with the hotel partner to arrange the most suitable room for customers.


4. Flight times and programs can be flexibly changed according to the actual conditions of the airlines. In case of flight cancellation, postponement, change of flight from the airlines, Vietravel shall not take any responsibility for these cases. Based on actual conditions, programs and visiting locations can be flexibly changed in accordance with flight time conditions and actual weather. Vietravel is responsible for contacting the airlines and informing customers as soon as possible.


5. Providing true, full, acurate information on passport to Vietravel and/or other relevant parties. Customers shall be liable for any issues caused by providing information incorrectly. Customers shall bring their registered passport during the tour.


6. Identity Regulation:The Visitors in a tour should pay attention to some paperwork-related issues such as follows:


For visitors of Vietnamese nationality: Visitors aged 14 years or older kindly bring their legal original citizen identity card, identity card or passport with valid expiry date, clear photos (the valid term of identity card is not more than 15 years from the date of issue) (collectively referred to as "Identity Document"). For visitors under 14 years old, please bring their legal original birth certificate. In case visitors aged 14 years or older do not have an Identity Document, they are kindly requested to apply for an identity confirmation at the local authority of their residence in accordance with the laws.


For foreigners and overseas Vietnamese: Please bring in full the legal original of the following documents with valid expiry date: passport or green card, together with Visa and Vietnam re-entry permit.


For overseas tours outside Vietnamese territory, Vietravel is not responsible for passengers whose exit is refused by any state authorities or whose entry is refused by any foreign relevant authorities. Any contingency expense incurred therefrom, including the cancellation penalties claimed by any service providers, shall be paid by the customer


7. Under-16-year-old customers shall be accompanied by father/ mother or relative(s) over 18 years old. If under-16-year-old customers are only accompanied by their relative(s) without their father or mother, their father and mother shall authorize (a written porwer of attorney confirmed by the local government) such accompanied relative(s).


8. Tour guide(s) give guidance based on language indicated on tour program confirmed by customers


9. Vietravel shall not be liable for the following cases that relate to visiting locations as follows: (1) Visiting locations are closed, repaired or maintained or there are natural disasters such as storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes, epidemics, pandemics (2) Security incidents such as terrorism and protests; (3) Airlines incidents such as technical problems, security, postponement, cancellation, flight delays and other force majeure events in accordance with the law. In such cases, Vietravel will consider refunding non-visiting expenses to customers to the possible extent (after excluding services expenses performed, other reasonable expenses on the tour and shall not liable to compensate any other expenses


10. Agreeing to not separate from the group during the tour with Vietravel.


11. Agreeing to participate in travel only, not to make propaganda about issues related to religions and politics during the tour.


12. If customers violate Section 11 in this Commitment or are unable to return with the group or have abnormal signs of health and mind that likely affect others or not be eligible for continuing the tour, Vietravel shall reserve the right to stop serving such customers in the travel program and services which was executed and is currently executing. To the possible extent, Vietravel will assist you in the above situations, and notify the competent authorities, medical organizations, family members or take necessary preventive measures without any liability. Vietravel will consider refunding after deducting any used expense


13. Customers and their family member(s) participating in the tour understand that compliance with the laws as well as regulations of the authorities at the destination is necessary and should be respected during the tour. Customers and their family member(s) shall be liable for their violation.


14. Travel program which customers register is a full package travel, Vietravel reserves the right not to refund the different costs to customers who are exempted or other prioritized subjects  or expenses from services that customers are actively not using in the tour.


II.   Customers have understood and agreed to the relevant provisions on health conditions when participating in the travel program


Females aged 55 and over and males aged 60 or over: (recommend) should have relative(s) under 55 years old (healthy enough) to accompany. In particular, customers aged 70 or over: (strictly require) shall be required to have relative(s) under 55 years old (healthy enough) to accompany. For customers aged 80 or over with or without insurance, Vietravel will reserve the right to consider serving such customers based on health conditions and whether there is any relative(s) accompanying such customers.


Customers who are pregnant please notify the tour staff at the time of registration. Such customers need a doctor's advice before going on tour and shall liable for any issues related to their health and pregnancy throughout tour program. When going on a tour, please bring a pregnancy check and identification papers under the regulations of airlines. Customers are over 28 (twenty eight) weeks pregnant shall bring the pregnancy check within no more than 07 (seven) days from the date of pregnancy check. In order to ensure safety for customers and their unborn baby, Vietravel recommends that such customers should inform Vietravel in advance; in case of not being notified in advance, Vietravel will support to the possible extent but does not guarantee and is not liable for when there are related issues (including but not limited health, refusal of entry and exit, refusal to serve by airlines, ...)


Commit that customers and their family member(s) participating in the tour are completely healthy enough (not suffering from, including but not limited, neurological, cardiovascular, infectious, addictive or other diseases that may affect others) to travel under the program. Vietravel reserves the right to refuse the registered customers or stop the service on the tour if finds that customers have abnormal signs as mentioned above, resulting in inadequate health conditions to participate in the tour program. Customers agree to let Vietravel is exempted from any liability; not to complain; and not to claim for damages from Vietravel in general and Vietravel staff in particular about problems that occur related to the health of customers when participating in the tour or using the services provided by Vietravel. Customers agree to pay the expenses incurred outside the tour program in relation to the settlement of health risks (including accommodation, transportation, medical expenses ...) - except for expenditures under the insurance category which will be reimbursed by the insurance company under the domestic travel insurance rules.)


III. Customers have read, understood and agreed to domestic travel insurance regulation valid in Vietnam


1.     Health insurance

1.1 Customers and their relative(s) participating in the tour do not have or suffer from problems related to the diseases listed in Section 1.2, Part III of this Commitment.

1.2   In the event of any problems related to illnesses or accidents during the tour and incurred expenses, the items listed below will not fall within the scope of compensation under the Domestic Travel Insurance Rules of Bao Minh: 

- Cost of using care under special request or private care.)

- Expenses for cosmetic treatment, hearing and vision aids, prescription drugs for these cases; provided that these are necessary to treat a single injury resulting from a personal injury because of outside accidents happen during the insurance period.

- Cost of treating mental illness, psychological disorders and dementia.)

- Medical treatment or services performed without the instructions of the Doctor; medical examinations or periodic health checks that have nothing to do with the treatment or diagnosis of covered injuries or illnesses.)

- Fiting prosthetics, calibration equipment and medical support equipment unless they are essential for a surgery.

- Organ transplants.

- Pre-existing illnesses or injuries, diseases, birth defects, sexually transmitted diseases.

- Chronic illness whether detected before or during the insurance period including: hemorrhoids, hernia, tonsils leading to surgery, deformity of the nasal septum or bone twisting, hyperthyroidism, cataract, Sinus deseases to be operated on, endometriosis, tuberculosis, Fistula in ano, cholecystitis, stones of all kinds, bladder or urethral diseases or defects, hypertension or cardiovascular, stomach tumors or duodenum, varicose toes, all normal tumors or melanoma, cancer, blood or bone marrow disorders, diabetes.

- Injured when participating in the visiting program, climbing up to 5,000 meters above sea level or using oxygen tank when diving deeper than 20 meters from the sea surface.

- Suicide, attempt to commit suicide or intentionally causing personal injury, mental illness, psychological disorders, miscarriage, abortion, childbirth, venereal disease, using alcoholic and stimulant or solvents without the legally practicing Doctor's prescription, treatment of teeth except when treatment of good natural teeth because of an accident.


2.     Property insurance

The following types of assets will not be covered by insurance: 

- Fruits, perishable items, edible items, antiques, works of art, paintings, fine art products, software and accompanying equipment (except for laptops), used and checked laptops and mobile phones, manuscripts, jewelry, gems, watches, contact lenses, securities, souvenirs, musical instruments, bridges, fake teeth.

-Loss or damage to rental equipment, the seizure or destruction of objects in accordance with the quarantine or customs regulations; confiscation by order of government or public authority, risk of counterfeit goods or illegal trading or transportation.)

-Loss or damage to the insured property under any other insurance policy or reimbursed by the carrier, hotel or other parties.)

-Loss or damage to the Insured's baggage in public places and lack of custody / supervision or explanations.

-Loss or damage or disturbance or cracking of fragile objects.
