  • Ba Dinh Square & Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum: Visit the political heart of Vietnam and pay respect to the revered leader Ho Chi Minh. (Note: The Mausoleum is closed on Mondays, Fridays, and during October–November.)
  • One Pillar Pagoda: An iconic symbol of Hanoi, built in the 11th century, representing purity and longevity.
  • Imperial Citadel of Thang Long: A UNESCO World Heritage site that reveals the layers of Vietnam’s dynastic history and resilience through centuries.

Continue to Hoan Kiem Lake, a tranquil oasis in the city center. Cross the graceful The Huc Bridge to Ngoc Son Temple, dedicated to Confucian and Taoist philosophies, as well as national hero General Tran Hung Dao.

Next, immerse yourself in the lively Old Quarter – famous for its “36 streets” where traditional craft guilds once thrived. Enjoy a cyclo ride (1 hour), an authentic way to experience the bustling alleys and timeless atmosphere.

Lunch at a local restaurant, where Hanoi’s culinary traditions meet refined flavors.

After lunch, depart for Bat Trang Ceramic Village, one of the oldest and most renowned craft villages in Vietnam, dating back to the 14th century along the Red River.

  • Village exploration: Stroll through narrow alleys lined with family-run kilns and ceramic shops, discovering the artistry that has been passed down for generations.
  • Pottery-making experience:At a local workshop, learn the techniques of shaping clay on the potter’s wheel. Under the guidance of artisans, create and decorate your own piece – a meaningful keepsake.
