Xoi Bat, which began its journey in 2021, lives up to its name, specializing in serving sticky rice in bowls, each a delightful canvas of flavors and textures. The restaurant offers a tantalizing array of nine side dishes: pate, braised pork, peppered braised pork, shredded chicken, pork rolls, intestine stew with coconut juice, char siu, omelet, and braised eggs. Except for the char siu, which boasts a consistent flavor, every side dish is prepared fresh daily.

Prices at Xoi Bat are as friendly as the atmosphere, with a serving of sticky rice, accompanied by homemade kimchi and carrot soup, ranging from VND35,000 to VND65,000 (approximately $1.50 to $2.70), depending on your choice of ingredients. Among the menu's stars is the "mixed xoi bat," a favorite among patrons, combining pate, braised eggs, shredded chicken, intestine stew with coconut juice, and char siu, skillfully prepared to remove any unwanted organ smells while preserving its crispness.
