Nha Trang Jellyfish vermicelli is one of the delicacies creating the culinary pride of Nha Trang. This dish can be cooked from a small specie of thumb-sized thick white jellyfish taken from remote islands. Part of noodle broth is extremely tasty and significant smell cooked from ponyfish with an addition of fish cakes. When mentioning Nha Trang cuisines, we definitely cannot neglect grilled fermented pork roll, also known as Ninh Hoa’s or Nha Trang’s fermented pork roll. We can eat fermented pork roll fresh (nem chua”) or grilled (“nem nuong”). However, most of the tourists will choose “nem nuong” to enjoy in Nha Trang, and buy “nem chua” as the gifts for family at home. Squid pancakes in Nha Trang are similar to pancakes in Saigon but the size is smaller and crisper. In addition to the required ingredients, these pancakes also have fresh squid and shrimp.
