Service Options
You may choose one of the following packages:

1. Standard International Pick-up (21 USD/person)
- Welcome you at the pick-up points in the International Arrival Terminal.
- Assistance at Immigration.

2. Premium International Pick-up (30 USD/person)
Welcome at the pick-up points in the International Arrival Terminal.
Assistance at Immigration.
Assistance at the baggage claim area.
Accompany the customer to Customs clearance (customers do by themselves).
Accompany to the car.

3. VIP International Pick-up (89 USD/person)
Welcome at the arrival gate or pick-up points in the International Terminal.
Assist passenger to go straight to the baggage area and get their luggage.
On behalf of passenger, complete immigration procedures.
Accompany customer to Customs clearance (customers do by themselves).
Accompany to the car.

Important Notes
The above Fast-Track packages are applicable for travelers entering Vietnam with an e-Visa (excluding Chinese passport holders).
For Chinese passport holders and guests entering Vietnam using a Visa Approval Letter, kindly note there are addtional fees:
- Visa Conversion Fee: 8 USD/person
- Visa Stamping Fee: 25 USD/person (not included and must be paid in cash directly at the Immigration counter upon arrival)
This service must be booked at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time.

Fast-Track Service allows access to priority lanes; however, actual processing time may vary depending on airport traffic.
The standard processing time is approximately 30 minutes, and our team will do their utmost to expedite all procedures.
