Notice regarding e-visa service:
At present, only nationals of 93 countries approved by the Vietnamese Government are eligible to apply for a Vietnam e-visa. 

•  Europe: France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Austria, Finland, Ireland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Portugal, Romania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Russia
• Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
• Americas: United States, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Venezuela, Uruguay
• Asia: China (including Hong Kong & Macau), Japan, South Korea, India, Taiwan, Mongolia, Sri Lanka, Turkey, Armenia, Georgia, Russia.

If your nationality is not included in this list, please contact us before booking so that we can guide you through the process of obtaining a Pre-approval Letter (Click to view detail), which is required for Visa on Arrival.

In the event that you have already paid for the e-visa service but are not eligible, we will:

• Provide free consultation to switch your application to the correct visa type (Pre-approval Letter)
• Or, if you do not wish to proceed, we will initiate a refund. Please note that the refund process may take a minimum of 30 working days due to international payment procedures.
