The foundation, adorned with luxurious granite, supports a 3-ton fish statue, clad in a sleek layer of 1.5mm thick stainless steel. The monument, an artistic homage to the aquatic realm, takes the stylized form of a fish raft, culminating in the dynamic portrayal of a basa fish leaping exuberantly from the water.
