✈️ Visa Pre-Approval Letter Application through Vietravel

To proceed with the visa application process in accordance with the Vietnam Immigration Department’s regulations, kindly review the following requirements and steps:

1. Book at Least One Service with Vietravel (Compulsory)

To act on your behalf and apply for a visa pre-approval letter, we are required to handle at least one of the following services:

• Hotel reservation (during your stay in Vietnam) – Compulsory
• Flight booking
• Tour package (Only applicable if it includes hotel or flight arrangements)

These services serve as the legal basis for Vietravel to represent you in the application process.

If you would like to book a hotel during FWC 2025, please provide:

• Preferred hotel type (3-star, 4-star, or 5-star) or budget range
• Check-in and check-out dates
• Number of rooms and room type (Single or Double)

Once received, we will share a list of available hotel options and rates for your selection.

2. Submit Required Information

To prepare your visa pre-approval application, kindly provide the following:

• Passport details (scan or clear photo showing full name, passport number, nationality, date of birth, and passport expiration date)
• Flight details (including flight number, arrival and departure dates and times)

3. Confirm Booking and Make Payment

Once services (hotel and/or flight) are confirmed, please proceed with payment as follows:

• Visa approval letter processing fee: USD 15/person
• Additional service fees: Based on confirmed bookings (hotel, flight, or tour)

💡 In case the visa application is not approved, any payments made for services will be refunded accordingly.

Notes:

• Standard processing time: 10–15 business days
• Urgent processing: May be available upon request (additional charges apply)
